| Beginning in 1969 and seven years after the landmark case of Yuba Power Products, Inc. of the Supreme Court of California, the Courts of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico have followed the trends of the mainland courts regarding products liability litigation. The Firm has represented manufacturers and sellers of products defending claims for bodily injury and economic damages. |
